It looks like the page did not freeze. Instead, because of the number of toolbars you have in your browser, you are unable to view the entire popup, where there would be a Save and Cancel button at the bottom.
We are trying to make sure that these popups are viewable in all smaller screen resolutions. However, there are certain variables that we cannot account for, such as toolbars in the browser taking up a certain amount of space.
You will find that if you zoomed out in your browser, or closed those toolbars, you would be able to see the entire popup.
We'll be looking into other methods of handling this screen resolution issue in the future, but for right now, smaller resolutions may have this issue.
