Any database expertise welcome here!

So I am creating a database using the free ecommerce database. The idea behind this database will be to have users create a registration and once logged in they will be taken to a form to fill information. This form will be an application of sorts to take a course on filling in some different types of forms that are pdf files they will receive after going to PayPal and paying for however many types of forms they want.

This user may be filling information about himself, or for another person that may not be able to fill the information in (could be a medical condition etc.) This form information will need to be dropped into a table. For now let’s call the form table courseApp.

So the form data may have been for the logged in user(his info) or shall we say his customer or the person he is helping(their info). Now the idea is after the data is submitted they will end up on a page that is using just a PayPal button and not a payment gateway for the time being. (Setting things up to use the cart and hopefully PayPal pro later)

They go thru PayPal on their own and later will receive links to a page with the first part of the course. After they have finished with this part of the course they will have the option to request the form types that they think they will need. This will be another form that has three dropdown menu’s where depending on how many forms they purchased from PayPal, then that’s how many dropdowns they would select from.

This form is submitted and along with it will be three hidden fields using the random password generator from security assist. This info needs to be dropped into the same table courseApp but tied to the user that took the course(or who’s info was filled in by the helper). Which works fine if the user is logged in and only has the one record. But because this user could be helping many different customers I need a way to tie the user to this particular customer’s info.

So it seems there is a one too many relationship for the user to users orders?
But there is also a one too many relationship for the user to customers or people needing help to fill the form in.

So if you managed to read this far (I applaud you for that!) I need to know if this could work and how one would link the users table to the customers table(cousreApp) and the orders table so that each record was an order with orderdetails etc.
Thanks Kindly!
