Detailed steps to insert content ?

My PowerCMS is properly installed. I can see everything is correct on internet.
I have created one page for test. I have named this page »indextest.php »
In this page, I have defined two editable regions : « EditRegion1 » and « EditRegion2 ».
In this page, there are of course also several div blocks such as « body », « header », « footer », « content » etc.

PROBLEM : in When I try to insert my first and new content, I enter the name of the page «indextest » and the area content » footer » e.g. ,
But finally,I always have a message error when I click « ok » :

• Entry is required (Content Page)
• Entry is required (content ID)
• Entry is required (Content)
Correct invalid entries to continue

QUESTION : Please advise where I am wrong?
Thank you in advance for your help.
