What's the difference?

I have PowerCMS 2.1.1, and I have been sent an email about the new extension called PowerCMS Builder 1.0.0...

They look the same to me! Is PowerCMS Builder 1 just an upgrade of PowerCMS 2?

The only difference that I can see is that I can add new content areas directly from within DW, and click to edit content straight from DW into your browser and back again; a bit like round-trip HTML.

If it is an upgrade, what else is there that is new?
