FedEx Webservice API

I keep running into an issue with FedEx and my website not communicating and when I talked to Fed Ex they brought to my attention that they have upgraded their system back in 2007. As of right now Ecart allows my site to communicating with their old API which will soon be non-existent. Currently about once a month when ever updates are performed on the FedEx site it no longer communicates with my site until I call and have my meter number redirected back to their old site.
Fed Ex has brought to my attention in order to resolve the issue Ecart will need to develope code that is compatible with the their new web service API.
Are you aware of this upgrade and when is the fix with Ecart coming?

Thank you
Jennifer
