The resume-3ds.php file was modified already to the new version so did not upload.
Put a product in the cart and from the view cart page clicked the checkout button, this did not trigger the https:// address but instead presented the http:// address
I went back to the view cart page and clicked the checkout button again and this time I got the https:// address
I then used the login button to login to my existing account and went back to the checkout page, the phone number now looks correct !
I still think you need to add a note to the Expiration Year that the field required 4 digits not 2 as normally presented on your card.
If you click the checkout button on checkout.php and there is an issue at the top of the page (above the fold) then the page will not submit but there is no visual clue that there is an issue, I would suggest an error message be displayed next to the checkout button to save confusion.
After that the checkout process went smoothly, as I said I like the way it all loads now with the spinner and then the iframe to keep the 3D form within the page design
I then went back and started a new purchase process, added a product to the cart and again when going to the checkout page from the view cart page for the 1st time it did not trigger the https:// address going back to the view cart page and clicking checkout again triggered the https:// address as before
Entering a wrong CVV number triggers the checkout failure as expected but clicking the return to checkout page link does not return you to the https:// address
The checkout failure page is not a https address either and I feel it should be as the credit card info is still present at that point, even if it is wrong !
Using the PayPal Express Checkout button only the value of the product is passed through but not the tax and shipping even though I am logged in see attached screenshot
