Localhost - WORKS! Online DOESN'T!

I have used the imageresizer locally and it works great.

Online however it does not.
I have done the following...
Ensured that the cache folder permissions are correct
Ensured that php is version 5.2
Ensured i have GD installed on the server
Ensured i have imagick installed.

In Firefox the image shows, but the original size, it does not resize to the specified dimensions (as it does locally)

In IE, the image doesn't even bother showing up - in fact it causes the browser to have a meltdown.
