Can PS4 be used for another client?

I set up powerstore 4 on behalf of a client but they decided it wasn't for them and have now gone elsewhere. This means that I have now bought PS4 and have no use for it. However, another client (currently using PS3) has expressed interest in upgrading to PS4. Is it possible for me to use the copy that I originally bought? I'd be very annoyed if I have bought PS4 and now can't use it. Can it be "reset" so that I can use it for the customer who wants to upgrade?
