PS3 Letting Unverified Users into store

Hello!

I'm having a problem with my store letting users who have not verified their emails access the store. This has become frustrating to them because they go to the effort to place the orders, then as they are hitting submit they get a SQL error on the page.

This seems to be happening with people who are using Safari.

Any thoughts on how to fix this - or has anyone else had this problem? Ideally, I'd like users who have not verified their email addresses to be able to access the store at all. (I have the store set-up so that you must be logged in to access it.)

Thanks!

Carlene
