Really what you are doing is what is called a multi page form.

Set the order form to post to the confirm page.

On the confirm page, create a hidden form element for each element on the order form page that will capture the value being posted from the order form page, you can also display those values to the user, for example, say you have an element on the order form page for First name named "first_name:

php:
<input type="text" name="first_name" id="first_name" value="" />

you can display this on the confirm page using:

php:
First name: <?php echo((isset($_POST["first_name"]))?$_POST["first_name"]:""?>

and also create a hidden form element of the same name to capture the posted value:

php:
<input type="hidden" name="first_name" id="first_name" value="<?php echo((isset($_POST["first_name"]))?$_POST["first_name"]:""?>" />

then set the confirm page to post to itself add the universal Email behavior, set the trigger to current page submit.

Select the option to Create a file for the email. This will send the confirm page form in an email when the submit order button is pressed.
