Thanks Jason.

This is the output after including code as instructed;

Warning: require_once(/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/peedoff.net/members/profile.php on line 11

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/www/peedoff.net/members/profile.php on line 11

..and this is line 11;

<?php require_once( "/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); ?>

Paul.
