rename each of those tables to <tablename>_bak 
Jason means to rename each of the tables to its existing table name, suffixed with _bak
Your list of tables would then be:
kfm_directories_bak
kfm_files_bak
kfm_files_images_bak
kfm_files_images_thumbs_bak
kfm_parameters_bak
kfm_session_bak
kfm_session_vars_bak
kfm_tagged_files_bak
kfm_tags_bak
ps4_categories_bak
ps4_contenthistory_bak
ps4_contents_bak
ps4_couponproducts_bak
ps4_coupons_bak
ps4_digitalgoods_bak
ps4_gallery_bak
ps4_gallery_images_bak
ps4_optiongroups_bak

You can't have two tables with the same name.
