source code disppearing after update

I wish to be able to edit a content area on my webpage with PowerCMS.

The content area displays a gallery of images for which I would like to use Lightbox2. I originally set this up so that the code for the Lightbox links was within the page code, so I am taking code from my dreamweaver page and pasting it into the PowerCMS content area.

Firstly I select 'Source' view and paste my code into the window. This is my code...

<p><a href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1__MG_2822.jpg" rel="lightbox[NSP1]"><img src="images/S_peb2.jpg" alt="natural stone pebble" width="210" height="100" border="0" /></a>
<a href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1_DPP_0033.jpg" rel="lightbox[NSP1]"></a>
<a href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1_DPP_0066.jpg" rel="lightbox[NSP1]"></a>
<a href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1_DPP_0083.jpg" rel="lightbox[NSP1]"></a>
<a href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1_IMG_4642.jpg" rel="lightbox[NSP1]"></a>
<a href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1_IMG_4647.jpg" rel="lightbox[NSP1]"></a>
<a href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1_IMG_6763.jpg" rel="lightbox[NSP1]"></a></p>

When I update and view the page all works well and I am able to view all 7 images.

However, it is when I go back into edit content that my problem occurs. I select 'Source' and the code has now changed to the following...

<p><a rel="lightbox[NSP1]" href="images/Galleries/NatStonePebble/Gallery1/NSP1__MG_2822.jpg"><img width="210" height="100" border="0" alt="natural stone pebble" src="images/S_peb2.jpg"></a></p>

When I update and view my page there is now, as you would expect from the code above, only 1 image to view.

Has anybody else experienced this loss of code?
