Script error

I have just moved from previous hosting to a new hosting.

I'm using Powerstore3.

I have backup the database and files from my previous hosting and then transferred to my new hosting. After i uploaded those files to public_html. I received scripting issue. This is the message from my hosting representative regarding the site error.

" I noticed that all the files have been copied under public_html folder.
I have updated the database connection string in your website. Currently, public_html/ is giving error. This is a scripting related issue. Hence you need to check the script from your end or contact your application vendor and get the scripts corrected"

How to solve the scripting issue?

thanks in advance for the help
