I'll try that and get back to you. One thing. Shouldn't I use a Dim statement. I've been away a bit and my grasp of syntax is rusty.

Or could I just put paid to it by changing the sub to a public sub? Public Sub shoporder(placeorder)
By he way the universal email is worth it for the mailbody string builder feature alone.... That has saved some hours. I am sure you know how painstaking building even a few strings can be.
