How to send HTML emails from email program

Hi,

I have created an email form that can be filled out online. Upon submit the customer gets an HTML email. It looks good, but my boss is afraid of unauthorized people using this form (it is password protected, but still user name and password could theoretically be hacked).

I tried forwarding or copy pasting one of these HTML emails, but some of the layout info is lost. It doesn't look as good.

Is there another way to create HTML emails, preferably from within the email application (like mac mail or thunderbird etc.)?

Thanks in advance for any ideas!
