Send 2nd email confirmation to people other than recipient

I'm using the users_Registration.php page and want to send the Email Verification page like the code is written, but then I want to send a different email message to an Administrator and not the recipient.

The original code is: $RecipientEmail = "".((isset($_POST["UserEmail"]))?$_POST["UserEmail"]:"") ."";include("../../WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_users_Registration_lcg.php");

I modified it to: $RecipientEmail = "".((isset($_POST["UserEmail"]))?$_POST["UserEmail"]:"") ."";include("../../WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_users_Registration_lcg.php");
include("../../WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_users_Registration_lcgAdminCopy.php");

I also added a new template and referenced that template in the WAUE_users_Registration_lcgAdminCopy.php file.

This part works, but the second email is still being sent to the user and I only want that sent to the administrator.

I think it has to do with the WAUC_AddRecipient() function in mail_PHP.php but I have not been able to figure out how to modify this.
