Here are my files you requested.

The UE will only send to the first recordset item, not all of them. However If I change the repeat region to display one record at a time, and then page over to the second or third page, it does send the correct email and id in the email body.

Somehow the looping feature does not seem to be working (at all now) and when it did, it sent the same info in every email.

Let me know if you are able to find something in these files.
