Ok, try changing line 789:

insertParamsObj = WA_generateInsertParams(WA_fieldNames, WA_columns, WA_fieldValues)

to:

insertParamsObj = WA_generateInsertParams(WA_fieldNames, WA_columns, WA_fieldValues, false)
