well, if the values are not showing in the reciept, that means there is an issue with the session variables getting set.
The first problem i see is on the checkout page, the delivery and pickup checkboxes do not have a checked value, this means that they will not post any value to the confirm page, so there will not be a value to set the session variables to, you need to give those checkboxes a value.
on the checkout page, the form elements for delivery date and time are:
<input id="datepicker_1" name="deliveryDateCal" type="text" /></td>
<input name="DeliveryTime" type="text" id="DeliveryTime" value="9am -11am or 1pm - 3pm" size="30" />
they are named "deliveryDateCal" and "DeliveryTime"
now keep in mind the work flow, the checkout page posts to the confirm page, so you need to have set session value behaviors on the confirm page.
you also need to have hidden form elements on the confirm page with the same name to capture these values.
I can see on the confirm page from another ticket that you do have the set session value code in place to set the following sessions:
eCartCheckoutForm_checkboxDelivery
eCartCheckoutForm_deliveryDateCal
eCartCheckoutForm_DeliveryTime
eCartCheckoutForm_checkboxPickup
eCartCheckoutForm_PickUpCal
eCartCheckoutForm_pickUpTime
couple of problems though:
1) Thecheckbox delivery form element is using the wrong session:
<input type="hidden" name="checkboxDelivery" id="checkboxDelivery" value="<?php echo ((isset($_SESSION["eCartCheckoutForm_v"]))?$_SESSION["eCartCheckoutForm_checkboxDelivery"]:"") ?>" />
this should be:
<input type="hidden" name="checkboxDelivery" id="checkboxDelivery" value="<?php echo ((isset($_SESSION["eCartCheckoutForm_checkboxDelivery"]))?$_SESSION["eCartCheckoutForm_checkboxDelivery"]:"") ?>" />
2) these are not the same session variables that are being used in the receipt.
