Site Sculptor or PowerCMS

I purchased Super Suite some time ago, and now noticing SiteAssist Pro is gone! Which it looks like Site Sculptor has replaced it.. is this true? Because if so, on the page which allows me to upgrade, SiteAssist Pro is not there, but Site Sculptor is.. and I'm thinking this what I am gonna need.

Next, with Site Sculptor it has the built in CMS, where/what is the difference then buying the PowerCMS, aside from PowerCMS being a one time purchase and licensed to one domain?
Meaning, one, what is the functionality difference between the built in cms with Site Sculptor vs PowerCMS (minus the one time use license of PowerCMS)?
