PS 4.01 Key word issue

I get this when doing my SEO.

693 pages have no description tags.
693 pages have no keywords meta tag.
145 pages are using the same description tag.
834 pages are using the same title tag.

Please Please Please .... We need this fixed ASAP.

Is there any work around until this issue is fixed? Can I block product pages from the bots?
