Make sure you are going to the correct library folder.

there is a library folder at the root of the Macintosh hard drive, this is not the one you want to look in.

instead go to:
Macintosh HD: Users: <your user name>: library: Application Support: Adobe: Dreamweaver 9: configuration

where <your user name> is the user name you login to the computer with.
