CMS Trouble with PS4

Having some trouble adding CMS content to a stripped down version of PowerStore (401). The admin component of PS4 is great, but I'm not happy with the themes. I'll be keeping the shopping cart related pages but the rest I'm rebuilding from the ground up.

I need some help adding CMS content to the site. I can add content in the admin area and get given the following code to add to the appropriate page on my site.

<?php echo WA_getCMSContent($database_PowerStoreConnection, $PowerStoreConnection, 'Page', 'Example', false);?>

If I'm following the instructions in the 'Developer Notes' of the editor there's nothing else I need to do, but it doesn't work. After hunting around your support notes and forums I was able to work out that I need to add my connection file as well as the webassist/cms/cms.php file. I've used the following code to do this.

<?php require_once('Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php'); ?>
<?php require_once( "webassist/cms/cms.php" ); ?>

I've made my local test server do error reporting and I get the following ...

FATAL ERROR: CALL TO UNDEFINED FUNCTION REL2ABS() IN /USERS/BRUCETONKIN/SITES/VIRGARA/WEBASSIST/CMS/CMS.PHP ON LINE 36

What do I need to do to get this to work?
