The best WA products that I have used so far and I do have all of their products, I have not had much time to spend on all of them but so far.
These two deliver their promises:
1) EU 400, EU401
2) This new Form Tool Kit is superb, if one truly gets a handle on it.
*** It will be helpful if the tutorials for these products can be like an engineering MOP, where you assume that the "implementer" does not know much but can follow direction\guidelines in details. I happen to write a lot of MOPs (Method of Procedures) in my line of work, which the technicians carry out form me. The premises here is that, you should be able to take anyone right from the street, provide them the MOP, as long as that person can read, they should be able to implement the MOP to the Engineering satisfactions.
A lot of your tutorials seem to have many disconnects (they have missing parts or assume that the users know). This makes it difficult for people to make a hit at first try. In particular, the tutorials for the Security Assist and the e-Carts. Since these two are really the corner stone of providing e-Commerce websites, the tutorials should be very detailed and easy to follow through.
Another point, I noticed that these days you are providing your tutorials through YouTube -- this sometimes is not really the best option for someone like myself. A flash based tutorials is best in my case and it should be downloadable so that I don't have to keep downloading it from the i'net each time I need to reference or review it.
This is just my 2 cents or 2 pence.
