Unable to activate, please help.

Hey Everyone,
i've been trying to activate the Paypal e-commerse toolkit and it keeps giving me a message saying that i need to connect to the internet or disable my firewall. The serial is verified and when i type it in, it says that Im connected to the internet but I get the same message and my firewall is always off. I tried re-installing the pluggin a few times and double check my connection setting but nothing seems to change.
Plase help, thanks.
