Shipping in 5.0.3

Checkout wizard always produces base shipping and per item supplement in read only cart. How can I get shipping to show as summary only?. Right now I have to run display manager and delete original form and replace with form generated in display manager.

It also generates a syntax errors in the email code starting at the line below.
$RecipArray[$CurIndex][] = $row_<?php echo ((isset($_SESSION["eCartCheckoutForm_firstname"]))?$_SESSION["eCartCheckoutForm_firstname"]:"") ?>

There is no email server behaviour

It sometimes generates a checkout page with no shipping address form.

Sometimes after finishing the wizard it just exits and does nothing.
All the above are with no payment selected.

With payment selected there is no email option.

I've deleted and reinstalled both CSS form designer and eCart, deleted .dat file, then reinstalled both extensions.

Is this really a bug fix?
