CSS FOrm builder and displaying depending on the array help

Hello comunity i have been trying to combine the use of each tool of the super suit this time im making a module to control banners i used data assist to mkae the manager page then used css form builder to change the insert and update page, now on this banner module i have

ID (int 11)
Banner_name (VARCHAR 100)
Banner_File (VARCHAR 100)
Position (TINYINT 1)
Section (VARCHAR 100)
Activite (TINYINT 1)

on the section i used the group checkbox so i can choose if the banner should display on one or many sections example

Section home, Section aboutus, Section articles and so on i gave each section a numeric value so in the section colum it will store as 1,4,5 for example

Until here following the forum post on how to insert group checkbox with explode and all that runs ok, but now im stuck on how i can tell each section wich banner it should show

i created on top of each section a variable that i gave a number same as the checkbox in the manager part i made

how can i tell it to check for the last banner that has section with its number how can i filter that in a query i dunno if its understandable any help to point me the way would be apreciated.
