Yet more problems on buying a WA extension!!!

Hi, I've just purchased Form Toolkit (primarily to get Captcha) to add to my already vast array of WA extensions yet, as with several purchased before, I'm having problems using my new tools!!!

I have followed, religiously, the steps set out in the GSG (form-toolkit_gsg.php) and created a test form (test_form.php) containing by datepicker and captcha.

During the process of building the form I experienced the following:

The final stage of applying the datepicker presented me with the alert:

"This document contains JavaScript code for a widget that no longer exists. If you don't remove the code, the browser might display JavaScript errors when loading this page. Would you like Dreamweaver to find all instances of this code for you?

Widget: $('#datepicker_1').datepicker({dateFormat:dd/mm/yy',showAnim:'show', onClose: closeDatePicker_datepicker_1});"

Strange to be told that a widget I've just included no longer exists (even as soon as I complete the process by clicking the final "OK")!!

However, the datepicker seems to work fine!

Continuing to add captcha; (configured the look / feel to be as simple as possible - white background, no grid or noise, 5 characters, font color black) - all as per the GSG section; Creating the Error Message when the Captcha code is entered incorrectly - Step 6 (Click OK) only to be presented with the following alert message:
"ReferenceError: translatedString is not defined"

I assume that has something to do with affecting the test form that you can view at the above URL and why, among other things, the font color displays in bright yellow (not the 000000 specified nor as seen in the underlying source code.

I have taken the steps recommended (and as is usual when I have bought / installed recent WA extensions!!) of deleting the WinFileCache.dat file and restarting DWCS4 - I've evn unistalled and reinstalled the extension - ALL TO NO AVAIL.

Please advise on these errors / problems ASAP!!!

FYI - I have DWCS4 running under Windows XP Pro on a P4 PC
