Light box not showing

I've been trying to get Power Gallery working. I added it to a site following all directions and everything checks out okay. The URL works fine:

addtosite.php

however when I go to the menu I do not get the lightbox showing up just all the images in one long list.

gojukangallery.php

I've removed and reinstalled a couple of times in different locations to see if it would make a difference but no luck. (On a side note I discovered I had to clear all my activations to reinstall this product. You'd think people smart enough to create all these products could set it up to clear activations on only one product at a time.)

I embedded the script that was given in the page

Any ideas on where to go from here.
