if you are certain you have the correct Email Server entered, you should contact your host to have them look into the smtp server error logs to see why the email is not being relayed.

Once the message is sent to the email server, it is in the hands of the email server to relay the email to the recipient, if that is failing, only the host will be able to tell why.
