file downloads get cutoff at 62MB

I am unable to get my movie downloads on files grater than 62 MB.
I have one movie file at 1.7GB and we cannot sell it until the download works properly.

I thought the download was being limited by my hosting company, but it appears that the limit is only for uploads up to 64MB, and not for downloads. I can upload and download via FTP, however, after making the purchase I only get 62MB.

I have my Hosting company looking into it as well, please help. I was supposed to deliver the job this weekend, but surprise, cannot sell the main product the site was designed for.

Any questions, please let me know.

Thank you in advance.
