that depends on how much access you have to the code that is used to output the cms to the site.
In order to use PowerGallery in early versions of power cms, you would need to add the Database integration update that is available in the download center.
you would need to wrap the wa_avaulate function around the code that outputs the cms data, for example:
<?php require_once('wa_evaluate.php'); ?>
<?php echo wa_evaluate(<cms code here>); ?>
if your cms system does not give this sort of access, then no, power gallery wont be able to work.
