Go to Page & Editing eMail Template

I've got a bunch of pages to put the same form on - with the send-from address being different on all of them - so I need a more efficient way of handling the following...

First - Is there no way to define the Go to Page when you first create the form?

When I go to the Form Function tab, and then click "Edit", there's nowhere to tell it what page to go to after submitting the form. I have to finish, then go back in via Server Behaviors.

Second - while I'm in that same Edit window, if I uncheck "Create a file for your email", I only have the pencil icon with Edit beside it - no Dreamweaver icon. So again, I have to finish, then go back in (because I'm too dumb to do the plain ole edit thing.)

And last - if I have gone back in and created an email template via the Dreamweaver interface, can I make that template available for the rest of the pages I'm making that use this form? (They will all be residing in the same folder.) I was wondering if I copied the template file to the webassist/templates folder (and rename it something shorter), if it would show up in the drop-down list and if it would work correctly.
