Customer Registration

Hello,

A customer made a good observation when registering on my PS4 site, and it is one that I have noticed as well.

After someone registers, they are taken to the profile page where it shows them their info and has a button at the bottom of the page asking to update profile. Customer was a little confused since they just put in their info.

A correction might be:

1. After submitting customer informatin the page would say "Thank you for registering with (name of site).

then have a link <continue shopping>

2. Also, and I am not sure it PS4 does this but send an email to customer welcoming them to your membership.

If this takes some programming by WebAssist, then my other option would be to have them taken to the home page once they submit there registration information so they can begin shopping and eliminate some confustion as I stated above.

Thanks for any help.
