Attaching email problem

Hi. I am having a problem with a form built with Form Builder. When an attached PDF file is sent it gets corrupted over email. Other file types seem to work OK. I have successfully sent pdfs using another form created using only universal email to add the functionality. Your assistance will be much appreciated. I have attached the code of both files.
