Resize a Gallery

We are creating a website for a gallery using PowerGallery. Our client is now unhappy that the main image is too large. Can you please let us know simply how to reduce the size of the gallery displayed? We're using ribbon_fullsize and here is a sample page: mike-briscoe.php

The problem is that on most of our clients screen they need to scroll down to see the biographies, and they say "It’s a shame that the main image can’t be smaller in order that this could be possible – it would be so much neater."

Is there any way to reduce the size of the main image/overall gallery size?

If necessary we're willing to pay for a ticket to resolve this issue - Your assistance is very much appreciated.

Thank you

Mike
