Form Builder error message in CS3

I reinstalled by Web Assist Extension, but now I get the attached error message -

"It seems you may have installed CSS Form Builder while still having Digital File Pro, Universal Email, and Validation Toolkit installed. Please close Dreamweaver, uninstall Digital File Pro, Universal Email, HTML Editor and Validation Toolkit, then re-install CSS Form Builder before restarting Dreamweaver. You may experience issues if these steps are not taken."

By turning these off, does it mean these functions are not available, when using 'Form Builder'

I tried turning off CSS Form Builder, but then I got a load of Jav ascrupt errors, while restarting Dreamweaver.
