Dynamic connections between sites

Hi all. I wish to go ahead and purchase this, but need help if dynamic connections can do this:

If I have multiple domains and want the same website on all of them (made with site sculptor), can I just simply setup dynamic connections domains and connections on the main site on localhost and first, upload the entire site to all domains, then if I make a change on one of the pages in site sculptor admin on the localhost, all I do is to upload the connections file to all the domains to reflect the change I made - there's no need to upload the MySQL database dump from localhost to all domains?

Please advise. thx
