Missing options from confirmation email AND order details screen in admin area

I've copied the files from the 3.01 upgrade and have uploaded them to the server.

- I can no longer access the admin_settings.php page, even though I have Super Administrator rights. Whenever I try to access it, I get redirected to the admin dashboard.
-I just placed a test order and the sizes are still not coming through on the confirmation email OR the order details page in the admin area.

The site is live - the client is not happy. Can someone call me so we can get this fixed, please?
