Modifying Site Page Structure

I am brand new to Site Sculptor, so forgive me if this is a really basic question!

It appears to me that once one has created a site with SS there is no way of going back and changing what pages are included in the site? So if you don;t have your exact sitemap organization figured out beforehand you are forced to completely recreate the site?

Or are there some magic things that can be done that are not obvious to the novice?
