Email Password Issue from Security Assist

I have another issue that I am not finding what is causing the error (long day). Any ideas?

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The SELECT statement includes a reserved word or an argument name that is misspelled or missing, or the punctuation is incorrect.

/WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_VB.asp, line 83

........Line 83 is

Dim WA_Auth_Forgot_Recordset : Set WA_Auth_Forgot_Recordset = WA_Auth_Forgot_Recordset_cmd.Execute()

I have looked in the area for this executable on other pages with no luck. Any ideas or hints to a possible issue? Thanks
