sorry i did not see it in your first. I was able to reproduce the issue you are having with the menu not getting generated on the content pages.

to fix this issue, i have attached a wa_sitesculptor_menuwriter.js file that have the fix.

With Dreamweaver closed, please replace your wa_sitesculptor_menuwriter.js file with the attached file which is located under your configuration/commands folder, delete the cache file and start DW. You will need to recreate the site sculptor design.
