Thanks for your input. We Will definitely take your input into consideration and i definitely can see where simply adding just Captcha to your form should not produce as much code as it is produced. But the reasoning why the extra html and css is generated is to account for other complex cases, where the form could be a two column form or different labels and validation is added to form fields.
In regard to your question to Universal Email, the Version that is in Form Builder V2 is the same as Universal Email Version 4 with a slight modification to work with Form Builder.
