Menu is missing when creating a Custom Site Sculptor Design

I have the Sporty Website design located in My Downloads. The design includes Presets for CSS Scolptor and Css Menu Writer. I have successfully imported them into Css Sculptor and Css Menu Writer using the Preset Manager. I have checked them using the related extension and they looks good.

I want to use them to create a custom Site Sculptor design. You can see what I do step by step here:

step-by-step.php

I have attached my Css Sculptor Pesets, Menu Writer Preset and my newly created Site Sculptor Preset so you can see if you can reproduce the problem.

Thanks in advice.

Regards
Rune
