New order replaces old in admin suite

He there, I urgently need to resolve this issue. I've got a couple of carts live at the moment and have found that if a customer places an order on say 2 consecutive days the second order replaces the first in the admin suite. I'm guessing I need to clear sessions somewhere along the line. One site is payments standard and the other is payments pro.
The other issue I have is that when someone selects and pays with the express checkout option, their delivery address details are being stored in the database, but not their names. the value that is being stored in the database on the pp_confirm.php page is this: <?php echo ((isset($_POST["shipping_firstname"]))?$_POST["shipping_firstname"]:""); ?>.
Is this correct?
