" /> added to checkout button

I have one product that I set-up in powerstore that displays " /> plus the shopping cart description just to the left of the checkout button on the cart page. This does not happen with any other of my 110 parts. When I point to a different table it goes away. I have both recreated the page and the deleted and recreated the part number in Powerstore and it still shows up just for this part number. If I delete the cart description all together I still get " /> to the left of the checkout button.

On a separate note when I CC or BCC my confirm e-mail a copy doesn't come to me and I have tried as suggested in another post changing the e-mail so that it is not the same one in and out.
