Error Log 300 Why?

In my error log on a working site...
I am getting an error 300....

Here is the error messsage. Pertains to menu writer.

[Fri Jun 26 13:54:42 2009] [error] [client 174.124.236.83] File does not exist: /home/bowlingt/public_html/CSSMenuWriter/cssmw0, referer: centerdetail.php?centerId=1
