Is there any way for SS to generate pages that aren't in one of the menus?

Hello. Could you tell us how to create a template cms page that is not in the menu - I forgot to add a page in SS realising afterwards - I have modfied the pages and css, bascially don't wish to start the whole process again of creating the SS site again. Please advise. thx
