Also...I noticed in the fixes that it says:
Corrected an issue that caused quotation marks used in product option names to break the admin options page.
The problem is not that is breaks the admin options page, but that it truncates everything after the quotation mark.
I did some troubleshooting and when the data in the field comes in on the sql statement it is in its full text and nothing is missing.
Only when it's displayed in the input field does it get truncated.
I suspect it's because the value=" is looking for the ending " to close the value. That makes sense...
I'm wondering if this actually got fixed in the 3.0.1 release because it doesn't appear to be the case. Plus...how in the world would you fix this?
oh wait...I just tried something. On the input field and the value= I put a single quote around the php statement and that worked.
=== code start ===
<input type="text" name="ProductName" id="ProductName" value='<?php echo(isset($_GET['valid'])?ValidatedField("ProductsUpdate","ProductName"):$row_WADAProducts['ProductName']) ?>' size="32" onblur="if (document.getElementById('ProductNameServerValidation')) document.getElementById('ProductNameServerValidation').style.display='none';" />
=== code end ===
